Orders and Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves our warehouse.

Click “Sign In / Register” at the top of our website, choose “Create Account,” and fill in your name, email, and a secure password. You’ll get a confirmation email—just follow the link inside, and you’re all set.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
1. Sign in and open My Account › Orders.
2. Select the order and click “Edit Shipping Address.”
3. Save your changes.

Already shipped? Email us at contact@amztreemattress.com with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to reroute if possible.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also log in, go to My Account › Orders, and click “Track Package” to see real‑time updates.

No. For your security, we never store full credit‑card details on our servers. Payments are processed through a PCI‑compliant provider that tokenizes and encrypts your data.

We collect sales tax where required by law. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Currently we ship to the continental U.S. only. We’re working to expand our delivery network—sign up for our newsletter for updates.

Yes. Each Amztree mattress ships in a single, compact box. If you order accessories, they may arrive separately, and we’ll provide individual tracking numbers for each package.

Returns and Exchanges

Every Amztree mattress comes with a 30‑night risk‑free trial. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email us at contact@amztreemattress.com with your order number to request a return. Mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us at contact@amztreemattress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send the correct item and provide instructions for returning the wrong one at no cost to you.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us right away at contact@amztreemattress.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send anything back without prior authorization.
